Which problem did you meet ?

1. BC not work properly

1.1. The add-on's menu disappear

1.3. The add-on does not sync events into dropdown

1.5. Can not select any of my calendar ?

Sometimes after you created the Form, you can not choose the calendar in the tab from configuring BC box

To solve this, please check your Form setting carefully, make sure you have ticked the option “Collect email addresses ” in the settings section of the form you are working. Then, press the Save button and wait for a sec.


1.6. BC didn’t show my first event ?

This problem may be caused by the “Skip nearing event” function from BC.

To solved this, please check your tab 3 in the “Configuring BC” and check all the information in that tab. BC only works with the next days, not the past days.


1.7. The Form doesn’t show the date of my Calendar ?

To solve this, please follow these step:

i. Please make sure that you have selected the “Dropdown Menu” in the answer option and then click Save. Wait for the result.

ii. Check the calendar you created for the event and the form for the event are in the same Google account.


1.8. Calendar show only 1 option instead of all ?

To solve this, please make sure all the events you create are different in name, time and date. If you create a lot of same Events, BC only read 1.


2. You receive error message

2.1. The add-on's interface show "not connect to drive ..."

The error maybe caused by multiple signing in, just sign out then sign in.

5. How to Keep BC Up and Running 24/7

BC owns the power of infrastructure from Google services. We are constantly optimizing and constantly making improvements to help maintain the user's booking process.

However, the operation process, and especially the upgrades, cannot avoid unintended shortcomings, which can cause disruptions to the operation.

So, please subscribe to our daily email notifications to be able to update and detect problems at the earliest. When fully subscribed to the notifications, at least daily you will receive the bookings report after 0 am.

If you subscribe to enough newsletters and you have not received any information from us after 24 hours, you should check to see if your BC Form is active.

To make sure our emails reach you, create a filter with the keyword "booking calendar" and ask that filtered emails do not go to the spam folder. 

6. How do i cancel my subscription on BC

To cancel your subscriptions, you need to your form and enter to the Help tab in the configure box. Then uncheck all the options in the tab. You can enter email subscriptions to see more details.
