Default no email reports

The email report was created with the intention of sending a daily report to the user, and every time BC encounters an error, it is usually an error due to a wrong setting.

Out of necessity we have defaulted to email reports that will be sent to new users. However, any user can simply turn off these email reports as shown in the illustration. Instructions on how to turn off report emails are also indicated at the end of each email.

We have received feedback from users that this is inconvenient. Through deliberation, we've decided to disable email reporting for new users. The fact that users can actively turn these reporting emails on and off remains unchanged.

We hope users understand and respond if there are any problems.
